Appointment Policy

We encourage avoiding same-day cancellation as it incurs a $50 fee. The last appointment of the day begins at 4:00. WE DO NOT OFFER EXTENDED HOURS AT THIS TIME. Those who no-show for their first consultation appointment will not be rescheduled. No-showing for the latest appointment time or repetitively may result in losing scheduling priority for that slot at the acupuncturists’ discretion. Lastly, we reserve the right to refuse service on the unfortunate occasion that someone is rude, disrespectful, or disruptive. This is for maintaining a peaceful environment for other clients, as well as the proper functioning of the clinic.
